Some developments on the health front

I had a letter from the neurologist who had viewed my old Mri's from 2014 and earlier it was a long detailed letter but to cut a long story short he said that the changes shown in them (the white matter bright spots ) he at the moment is putting it down to  aging , but is still wanting to observe the situation and will see me again in 6 months his NHS clinic ,
I am happy with this at the moment as my symptoms have not changed but i have other issues health wise that i need to deal with,

I had a telephone call from Dr peppers secretary ( The gynecologist  ) yesterday  saying as not to worry but they think i might have a polyps and in two weeks i need to go to the clinic for some procedure ,
I was told to take some pain killers before i go and i wonder if some people are prone to them as i have them in my stomach too & have finally had an appointment to see the gastrologist after ringing up yet again ,
The secretary said the consultant was not happy with how the ENT had done the referral bit  but that's not my fault , Glad i am seeing another consultant as she sounds like a right Madam , So the saga goes on , Lets show some pretties now as i am fed up of talking about my health and dont want to bore you.

Some serious money spent in auctions over the winter , Glad the jumble sale season is  starting to pick up.

What wonderful things you got in the auction! I remember Helena Rubenstein - 'Apple Blossom'. As for bubble glass jars I have never seen one before but they look lovely and very collectable. The suitcase looks to be in marvellous condition. Love the jewellery collection and what lovely pictures!

My mum used to get polyps on a regular basis and one of my friends does too. Its best to get them dealt with in the long run.one less niggle to deal with then. Just take each day as it comes some will be good others not so but that is the wY of life generally. At least they r keeping an eye on you.

You have some lovely finds as usual. Pls take care. Pattypan xx

  7. I love to see the things that you have bought. You have great taste! I hope your health situation gets sorted out soon.

Does eBay work well for you? I have some things to sell but I've not heard good things about eBay these days.

  8. Thanks , Ebay is really hard slog , I invest a lot of money for not much profit but if you have your own stuff to sell it can be good but my advice would be to list the cheaper items first to build your feedback so people will bid with confidence on your higher priced items when you list them , A lot of people dont know is that on the left hand side of your ebay page towards the bottom you can check how much sold items went for then you can get a good idea of waht to sell your item for , Price it in between the higher and the lower price things have sold for with a buy it now , Always package well then package again if its china etc , List it to finish in the evenings and avoid nights when popular programs are on , Even with all this just keep in mind that it still might not sell , If you want to ask any more questions please ask me and good luck xxx

  12. That is a very smart atache case, as that is what those small cases used to be called, if it is a small one (sorry I can't put the accent on the e in atache case)
To take a photo of those bubble glass ornaments, put a ruler (upright) alongside - that would show how many inches/cms high it is.
I love the Stratton set, I would love that! Seriously!
