Our daughter has broken up for the summer holidays being a teacher she has earned a well-deserved rest but she has kindly taken me out and about to fetch some fantastic vintage finds and another collection of perfumes to sell.
This is a blast from the past as my mom was an Avon lady years ago.
This is a 4711 rhine lavender.
I have already sold this Russian beauty.
Does anyone know when this was produced for boots, please as I can't find anything about it when I research?
Job lot of vintage treasures.
Two beautiful Victorian petticoats

Stunning Finds as always Eileen, I would be tempted to keep the bottles, but I am not giving into any tempation at the moment, I am on a no spend mission, I have started another blog by the way.
ReplyDeleteHello marlene don't know what happened with the link its disappeared from this message into blog space lol , I can't keep them though , they have to be sold xxx
DeleteI googled 'original vintage yardley old English lavender cologne' and under images I saw the same box and bottle that said it was from the 1940's. As usual you have found some beautiful pieces of jewelry.
ReplyDeleteThanks janice , i guessed it was about that age , I love it but it has to be sold xxx
DeleteMy goodness what a haul, those perfumes are a great find. What fun to sort through the jewellery, there are some lovely pieces. My youngest daughter is a teacher too and is enjoying quality time with her two daughters, they certainly work hard.
ReplyDeleteTeachers definitely work hard as you know , It always makes me angry when people think there job ends at 3.30 each day and they have to do school work in the holidays , My daughter has just had a promotion to head of department and she has to do a lot of preparing in the holiday as sh had her gallbladder out and had to have two weeks off before the holiday started , I am selling the jewellery as a job lot on Ebay instead of listing it sepeatly xxx
ReplyDeleteI just love those vintage petticoats, they can be worn as beautiful skirts in summer these days!
ReplyDeleteI really love it, Thanks for sharing! Looking forward for more!
